But what he will perhaps be most remembered for is the manner in which he manipulated the tools of power to further his business interests. In the 1970s and 1980s, when entrepreneurship was in serious crisis, thanks to the crippling red tape and bureaucracy, Dhirubhai indeed showed a new way of doing things.
